Womens world wheelchair basketball championship coming to Brock

The world is coming to Brock this summer.From July 15 to the 21, the International Wheelchair Basketball Federation will host the first-ever Women’s U25 World Wheelchair Basketball Championships here.The event, which is a milestone in the ongoing growth of international wheelchair basketball, is co-hosted by Wheelchair Basketball Canada and Brock.“Brock University is proud to be a part of this inaugural international tournament,” said Steven Pillar, Vice-President Finance and Administration. “This event represents an incredible opportunity for our students, our community, and our country.
